HARTSFIELD-JACKSON ATLANTA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT CONCESSIONS PROGRAM

Description: Our teams oversaw the construction process for multiple Department of Aviation (DOA) capital improvement and facilities projects from final design stages through construction closeout. Additionally we helped to develop and manage the budget and staffing plan for the construction management office and field staff, which included safety managers, DBE/ACDBE managers, quality assurance.

Through this project CAP leaders worked with multiple world-class concessionaires, overseeing the design review process, build-out, and launch of the nation’s largest airport concessions program in 2010, with over 150 stores. This program won a Best Airport & Concessionaire Award, Best Concessions Program Design Honor in the Large Airport Category, and a Best Concessions Customer Service Award from Airport Revenue News.
